Populating a SharePoint DateTimeControl with a SqlDataReader

This question stumped me for a couple of days. I found it difficult because you could not just add the date time to the textbox that the SharePoint datetimecontrol provided.

There are no extensions for ‘Text’ and no extension for ‘Value’ as everyone else kept putting. I googled and googled and only answers I could find were people trying to populate a datagridview.

So, I posted it on a forum and I got a very good answer. Check it out! Thank you to the guy that helped me out. With this solution, you can edit the date retrieved from the database, with the use of the calendar control.
